Saidi: “Criticizing Nasrallah not to degrade him”

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The independent MP Sabah al-Saidi assured that the last statements about the Secretary General of Hezbollah Hassan Nasrallah as which described him as a liar “will not degrade him.”

He said in a statement to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) that “Hassan Nasrallah represents a great symbol of resistance for Arab, Islamic and humanitarian societies.”

He said that “Nasrallah was sincere in all his work at the level of Lebanon since he has fought to take the Zionist occupation out of Lebanon.”

He stated that “Such words that come from some members here or there against Nasrallah would not hurt him but it reflects the reality of those who utter it.”

Saidi stressed that “We cannot keep mouths shut and everyone is free to express his thoughts, but ethics must be the supreme value in the process of speaking in the issues that fall outside the personal frame.”

Earlier, MP Ahmed al-Alwani of the Iraqiya Slate has described in a television program the Secretary General of Hezbollah Hassan Nasrallah as “liar” and praised Princess, Moza, the wife of the Qatari Emir.
