Saad: Muthana province lacks engineering staff to repair electric generators

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Suzan al-Saad, the member of the Parliamentary Committee for the Energy stated “Muthana province lacks the engineering staff and machines to repair or change the broken down eclectic generators in spite of being available in the stores.
In a press statement received by IraqiNews.com, she said “Many areas of Muthana province lack electricity due to the damages of the electric generators which cannot be fixed without the engineering staff.”
“The Electricity Ministry justified that by the lack of the staff and the emolyment degress either by contracts or permenant degress, besides it has allocated the employment degrees to all the southern provinces without taking Muthana province into consideration,” she added.
She called the “Officials in the ministry to pay attention to the southern provinces by providing the the staff and the machines in order to provide the electric service during the Summer season.”
