MoT, 165 companies registered during July

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The specialized cadres of the Ministry of Trade have registered (165) national companies during last July.

The Director General of the registration of Companies Department Feryal Akram Abdullah reported in statement to IraqiNews.com that ”About 29 offices belong to foreign companies have been registered as well as five branches for various foreign companies.”

He added that ”The Directorate issued many resolutions varied between increasing the capital of the companies or granting licenses to practice business for trade agencies.”

Abdullah pointed out that ”The Department has accomplished checking the final budgets for the national companies since 2001 until 2011.” a
