Iraqi Embassy hold cultural evening in Egypt

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Iraqi Embassy in Cairo organized a cultural evening for the Iraqi intellectuals who are residing in Egypt on Thursday night at a hotel and the evening was attended by the Ambassador Nazar Khairallah and the members of the embassy.

The Embassy reported in a statement to IraqiNews.com that ”At the beginning of the evening, the General Consul delivered a speech to welcome the Iraqi poets, artists and journalists and congratulated them on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr wishing for all more success and progress.”

The statement added that ”The Iraqi Ambassador to Egypt delivered a speech in which he welcomed all the attendees,” stressing that ”The Embassy is serious in considering all the suggestions of the Iraqi intellectuals and it will implement all good suggestion to promote the reputation of Iraq.”
