Talabani, Barzani hope Eid Al-Fitr to witness security, prosperity

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The President, Jalal Talabani, and the President of Kurdistan Region, Masoud Barzani, hoped Eid al-Fitr to witness security and prosperity in addition to gain more achievements for Iraq and Kurdistan Region.

A statement by the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan cited “Talabani received a phone call from Barzani who expressed his gratitude for the message that he sent of the occasion of anniversary of establishing the Kurdistani Democratic Party.”

“Both sides exchanged the congratulations on Eid occasion,” the statement concluded.

Earlier, Talabani sent a message to Barzani on the occasion of the anniversary of KDP establishment.
