Federal Police, IA unify efforts against terrorism
Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Federal Police Brigade in Dhi-Qar province announced that it has been associated to the Iraqi Army tenth Division positioned in the province within a united security effort to pursue terrorists and extremists in Dhi-Qar.
Nasiriya News Net reported the Commander of the Brigade, Brigadier Ali Abdul Aziz as saying “The brigade has recently associated to the Tenth IA Division after withdrawing the IA 38th Brigade outside the province due to instructions of the Commanding General of the Armed Forces.”
He clarified that “The tasks of the Federal Police Brigade in the province will be implementing the security plan in different cities of Dhi-Qar province and chase the terrorists and outlaws all over the province.”
