Nijad invites Maliki to attend NAS Summit

Follow up-(IraqiNews.com) Iranian media sources confirmed that the Advisor of the Iranian President for Hajj Affairs, Sayed Ahmed Musawi, visited Iraq on Sunday to deliver an official invitation for the Iraqi Prime Minister, Nouri al-Maliki, to attend the Non-Aligned States’ Summit.

The Iranian Mehr News Agency quoted the Iranian Ambassador to Iraq, Hasan Danaefer as saying “Sayed Ahmed Musawi arrived in Baghdad on Sunday to deliver the invitation of Nijad for Maliki to attend the Summit to be held in Tehran.”
Danaefer added “Participation of the Iraqi PM in the Summit will be decided on Monday.”
