Talabani receives Sadrist delegation in Germany

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The President, Jalal Talabani, received a delegation of Sadr Trend at his residence in Germany on last Saturday.

A statement by the Presidency cited “The delegation conveyed the congratulations of the head of Sadr Trend, Muqtada al-Sadr, on the success of the surgery that Talabani underwent in Germany.”

“The delegation also conveyed Sadr’s congratulations for Talabani on Eid occasion,” the statement concluded.
