Nusayif calls to ratify law for distributing federal revenues among provinces

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Aliya Nusaiyf of the Iraqiya Hurra Bloc demanded to “ratify a law to establish a General Bureau to monitor the allocations of the federal revenues so as to endure fair distribution for the financial budget among the provinces.”

Nusaiyf pointed out in a statement to IraqiNews.com “The General Bureau for Monitoring the Federal Revenues Distribution will settle the disputes occurring among the provinces over the percentage of distributing the federal revenues, also it will help ensure just distribution among the provinces each according to its real needs.”

“The adoption of the census according to correct scientific bases will resolve the problem of distributing the general budget properly; therefore, the Ministry of Planning has to keep itself away from the political disputes and depend on technical mechanisms in conducting the census to achieve justice in distributing the revenues,” she assured.
