12 Ships docked in Basra ports

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Ministry of Transports announced that 12 ships docked on Khur al-Zubair and Um Qasr ports in southern Basra.

The Ministry of Transports reported in statement received by IraqiNews.com that ”Khur al-Zubair port received nine ships from different countries and loaded with different goods,” noting that “Three Iranian ships loaded with cement and various goods docked on the port in addition to one ship from Tanzania loaded with building materials.”

The statement added that ”The port also received four ships loaded with gas oil and one ship loaded with gasoline.”

The statement added that ”The Um Qasr port received a ship from the Bahamas loaded with vehicles,” noting that “The port also received two ships from Cyprus and Singapore loaded with containers.”
