Gunman wounded in Mosul

Nineveh, Mosul (IraqiNews.com) A security force arrested a gunman who was intending to emplace an Improvised Explosive Device in western Mosul.

Security source mentioned to IraqiNews.com on Sunday that ”An Army force captured a gunman while he was trying to emplace the IED on a roadside in Arebi neighborhood of western Mosul the capital of Nineveh province.”

The source added “The security force wounded the gunman during a clash with him then the force transported the wounded gunman to the hospital for treatment in order to refer him for investigation later on.” \
