Urgent – – Diyala PC arrested member released

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Advisor of Diyala Provincial Council’s Chairman, Jamal al-Rubaiyi, announced that “The arrested member of the PC, Ismaeel al-Jubouri, has been released.”

He stated to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “We have reached an agreement with the security forces to suspend implementing this arrest warrant due to the critical situation in Diyala province at the current stage which witnesses the nomination of the Diyala new Governor.”

“Jobouri will participate in Diyala PC session devoted to nominating the new Governor,” he concluded.

Earlier, A security force arrested the member of Diyala Provincial Council, Ismaeel al-Jobouri, of the Iraqi Accord Front for charges related to article 4 of Anti-Terrorism Law on Tuesday.
