Kidnapped person freed, kidnappers arrested in Basra

Basra (IraqiNews.com) The police patrols of Basra province managed to free a kidnapped person and arrest his kidnappers in Basra Province.

Security source mentioned to IraqiNews.com that ”A security force within the Anti-Crime Department managed to free the kidnapped person and arrest his three kidnappers in Maaqel area in Basra province,” noting that “The force seized light weapons in the kidnappers’ possession.”

The source added “The detainees were delivered to specialized authorities for investigation.”
