Urgent – .Parliament hosts Maliki next Saturday

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Iraqi Parliament set next Saturday a date to host the Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki to discuss some issues.

A parliamentary source stated to IraqiNews.com on Tuesday “The Parliament Chairmanship specified next Saturday session to be a date for hosting the PM al-Maliki in the Council based on the latter’s request to explain some issues among them the infrastructures law draft.”

The infrastructures law draft is considered as one of the controversial laws between the Parliament and the Government.

Earlier, the Parliament has postponed more than once the vote on this law for not reaching an agreement over it among the political blocs.
