Maliki receives phone call from Lebanese Counterpart

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Premier, Nouri al-Maliki, received a phone call from his Lebanese Counterpart, Najib Miqati, where they discussed the mutual relations.

A statement by Maliki’s office received by IraqiNews.com on Wednesday cited” Maliki received a phone call from Miqati where the two sides discussed the regional issues.”

“Maliki received a formal invitation to visit Lebanon and he also invited Miqati to visit Iraq to discuss the bilateral relations,” the statement concluded.
