IHC calls to condemn offending Prophet Mohamed PBUH

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Iraqiya Hurra Bloc called “The political, cultural and religious circles to condemn offending the Prophet Mohamed (PBUH),” assuring that “We should avoid violent activities which are contradicting with the message of Islam because it will result in killing some innocent people.”

A statement by the IHC received by IraqiNews.com cited “Despite the fact that the US Administration is claiming itself as the patron of democracy all over the world, yet it did not do any thing to punish these racists for their huge offense for holy Prophet and the sacred basis of Islam.”

“But, we should not react violently as the enemies of Islam wish,” the statement added.

“Those ignorant who exploited the freedom of expression as a tool to offend Islam to provoke our feelings as Muslims wish to start violent activities against some innocent people as they want to start massacres between Muslims and Copts in Egypt,” the statement continued.

“These extremists will not achieve their goals which are full of hatred against the Muslims and the whole humanity as we will respond to them by adhering to teachings of our religion through expressing our opinions by adopting peaceful and civilized ways,” the statement concluded.
