Police officer survives assassination attempt in Anbar

Anbar (IraqiNews.com) A police officer of Fallujah Police Station survived an assassination attempt when a car bomb targeted his house in Fallujah.

Security source stated to IraqiNews.com “A car bomb parked next to the residence of the Major, Walid al-Suwaidawi, exploded on Thursday morning without causing any causalities.”

“A security force hurried to the explosion scene and conducted an investigation over the accident,” the source concluded.
