Maliki, Kuwaiti Counterpart discuss upgrading relations

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Iraqi Premier, Nouri al-Maliki, and the Kuwaiti Premier Sheikh Jabir al-Mubarak, discussed the means of upgrading bilateral relations to serve the two countries.

A statement by Maliki’s office received by IraqiNews.com cited “Maliki received a phone call from his Kuwaiti Counterpart on last Saturday where both sides discussed bilateral relation in a positive and friendly atmosphere.”

“Both sides exchanged the views over the mutual cooperation between the two countries on the international level to settle the mutual pending issues,” the statement concluded.
