Local Official wounded in Anbar

Anbar, Ramadi (IraqiNews.com) A local official was injured due to an Adhesive Explosive Device explosion in western Anbar province.

Security source reported to IraqiNews.com on Monday that ”The Mayor of Kabesh neighborhood was seriously injured when an AED, attached to a water pump which he used to irrigate his farm, exploded while he was trying to irrigate his farm.”

The source added “The police transported him to the hospital for treatment and launched an investigation over the incident.”
