Saad calls to reveal reasons behind Prisoners’ escape from Tasfirat prison in Tikrit

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Suzan al-Saad, of the Fadhila bloc within the Iraqi National Alliance called to reveal the reasons behind the prisoners’ escape from Tasfirat prison in Tikrit in addition to the neglecting sides in Tikrit Operations Command.

In a press statement received by IraqiNews.com on Sunday, she said “Holding the responsibility of the prisoner’s escape to the Director of the Correction Department within the Justice Ministry is incorrect and those who call for this must be accurate in their opinions.”

“The phenomenon of the prisoners’ escape from the Tasfirat prisons of the Justice Ministry, always happens where the Justice Ministry is not concerned with this issue and the Ministry requested Tikrit Operations Command to deliver the prisoners, but it refused,” she added.

She called “The security forces to be careful while facing the terrorists after releasing the leaders of al-Qaeda Terrorist Organization.”
