IA, Gunmen clash western Mosul

Nineveh (IraqiNews.com) An Iraqi Army force succeeded to kill a gunman and confiscate a vehicle loaded with weapons western Mosul on Wednesday.

Security source in Nineveh province stated to Iraqi News Wednesday “A force from the IA Third Division positioned western Mosul clashed with gunmen travelling by four civilian vehicles and managed to kill a gunman and confiscate his vehicles in Baaj District of western Mosul.”

“The force discovered several bombs and light weapons inside the confiscated vehicle,” the source added, noting that “The rest of the gunmen managed to escape with their vehicles.”
