Jobouri rules out Talabani’s ability to solve current crisis

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Omar al-Jobouri, of the Iraqiya Slate ruled out “Solving the current political crisis by the President, Jalal Talabani.”

Speaking to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com), he said “As long as all the political sides including Talabani have their partisan and sectarian as well as communal demands, the crisis will not be solved.”

“The sides that play the role of the mediator have to be free of sectarian and communal commitments that are considered as a part of the crisis rather than the solution,” he concluded.

Iraq witnesses political crisis lasted for several months due to the disputes among the political sides related to the partnership and other issues which led some blocs to call for withdrawing confidence from the Premier, Nouri al-Maliki, after holding meetings in Najaf and Erbil provinces.
