Allawi attends solace of IS’s late official

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Head of the Iraqiya Slate, Ayad Allawi, attended the solace of the late official of the Iraqi National Accord Front in Najaf, Assem Talqani.

The Iraqiya Slate reported in statement received by IraqiNews.com that ”Allawi met the family of the late and offered his sincere condolences and sympathy and delivered a speech over the role of the deceased in promoting the political process of the movement.”

The family of Assem Talqani expressed their grateful and thanks for the gesture of Ayad Allawi for its effect in reducing their pain and suffering.

The statement added that ”The solace included reciting poems and speeches by many political leaders appreciating the effective role of the deceased in spreading the principals of the Iraqi National Project.” \
