Babel heading towards great risk in security posture, says official

Babel (IraqiNews.com) The Security Committee of Babel Provincial Council revealed that “Babel province is heading towards a serious risk over the security situation through emerging a group which calls itself the Fourth Generation comprising young men who adopt armed attacks in the province.”
