INA rejects subjecting Infrastructure Law to confessionalism, says Ghali

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Riyadh Ghali, of Ahrar bloc confirmed that “The Iraqi National Alliance rejects subjecting the Infrastructure Law to the confessionalism or to any political side rather it must target the strategic sectors.”

Speaking to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com), he said “The political blocs are concerned of financial and administrative corruption that may accompany this project so they need guarantees over the time limits required to implement the projects and to contract with international trustee firms under the monitor of supervisory official sides.”

“If these guarantees are provided, this law will serve wide range of sectors for the interests of all Iraqis,” he concluded.
