Alwani calls Anbar’s officials to provide enough aids for Syrian refugees

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP Khalid al-Alwani of the Iraqiya Slate called the local government of Anbar province to exert more efforts to provide all the necessary aids that suit a decent living for the Syrian refugees.

Alwani stated that “The history will record the honorable role played by Anbar’s people in sheltering the Syrian refugees,” referring at the same time to the Syrian people’s noble attitude towards the Iraqi refugees at a time when the Iraqis were living a state of security unrest post the fall of the former regime.”

“We hoped from the Iraqi Government to be more earnest in supporting and sheltering the Syrian refugees,” he added.
