Alwani denies criticizing MPs performance for Hajj

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Ahmed al-Alwani, of the Iraqiya Slate denied the reports over his criticism to the MPs who traveled to the Kingdom of the Saudi Arabia to perform the Hajj.

The media statement of the parliament quoted Alwani, as saying “Some media outlets mentioned that I have criticized the travel of my colleagues MPs to perform the Hajj and neglect their responsibility where I am completely deny those reports.”

“The statement that was issued about me is not real and forged where it does not have my signature and was send by a forged email address that has my name,” he added, noting that “There are some sides behind this statement that target me and my good relations with the MPs.”

Some media outlets stated that there is a statement by Alwani where he criticizes the travel of the MPs to perform the Hajj.
