3 soldiers killed, injured in southern Mosul

Nineveh (IraqiNews.com) Three soldiers were killed and injured due to an Improvised Explosive Device explosion which targeted a patrol belong to the Iraqi Army.

A security source mentioned on Saturday “An IED was emplaced on a roadside went off targeting IA’s patrol resulted in killing one soldier and injuring two others in Qayara district of southern Mosul, capital of Nineveh province.”

“The Army forces transferred the dead body to the morgue and the injured to a hospital for treatment,” the source added.
