12 Wanted individuals arrested in Mosul

Nineveh, Mosul (IraqiNews.com) A security force managed to arrest 12 wanted individuals and freed a kidnapped person in addition to seizing a weapons cache in eastern Mosul city.

Security source reported to IraqiNews.com on Wednesday ”The Iraqi Army Second Division Command succeeded in arresting 12 wanted persons and seized a weapons cache, which contained 24 Improvised Explosive Devices, three Katyusha launchers, 16 KG of explosive materials, three containers filled with the highly explosive material C4 and five meters of detonating wires in eastern Mosul city.”

The source added “The force also managed to free a kidnapped person and arrested the kidnappers,” noting that “The security operation was based on intelligence information.” \
