Hakim, Kurdish delegation discuss political situation

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The head of the Supreme Iraqi Islamic Council, Ammar al-Hakim, and a supreme delegation involved the leaders of the Kurdistani Alliance discussed the political situation.

A statement by SIIC received by IraqiNews.com cited “Hakim received the delegation which was headed by the Deputy Secretary General of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, Barham Salih, at his office in Baghdad on Sunday.”

“The two sides reviewed the relations among the various political sides and blocs seeking actual solutions for the political crisis,” the statement added.

“Both sides expressed their views and visions over the settlement of the political crisis,” the statement concluded.
