Sihail, Iranian official discuss mutual relations

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The First Deputy Speaker, Qusai al-Sihail, discussed with the Iranian Labor and Social Affairs Minister, Abdul Retha Sheikh al-Islami, the bilateral relations and the means of developing them.

A statement by Sihail’s office received by IraqiNews.com on Monday “Sihail received Islami and the accompanied delegation where the Iraqi Labor and Social Affairs Minister, Nasar al-Rubai, and the Iranian Ambassador to Iraq, Hasan Dani, in addition to some officials have attended the meeting.”

“Sihail assured that the parliament is adherent to develop the mutual relations in all fields, noting that Iraq wishes to develop those relations to serve the peoples of the two countries,” the statement added.

“Sihail stressed the necessity of setting a strategic plan to develop the human potentials in the two countries in the social treatment field,” the statement pointed out.

“For his part, Islami assured that his visit to Iraq is to develop the mutual relations and support the performance of the Iraqi Labor and Social Affairs Ministry,” the statement concluded.
