Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Karim Aliwi, of the Iraqi National Alliance described the results of the talks between the Kurdish delegation and the INA in Baghdad as “Positive”, assuring that “The results will achieve a settlement to the current crisis.’

Speaking to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com), he stated “The current disputes between the INA and the Kurdistani Alliance are not new, but they belong to the time of forming the current government and some of them were settled during the visit of the Kurdish delegation to Baghdad.”

“The aim of this visit is to settle the political crisis and all the pending issues between the two sides and the two delegation met the head of INA, Ibrahim al-Jaafary, the Head of the Supreme Iraqi Islamic Council, Ammar al-Hakim and the Premier, Nouri al-Maliki where they discussed some issues such as Erbil agreement, the Oil and Gas law draft and the disputed upon areas,” he added.

“Any deal between the INA and the KA will positively affect the Iraqiya Slate that properly joins the national reconciliation,” he concluded.
