Security Official survives assassination in southern Mosul

Nineveh (IraqiNews.com) The Commander of Police Station in Qayara district of southern Mosul survived assassination when two roadside bombs exploded targeting his motorcade in southern Mosul on Wednesday.

Security source stated to IraqiNews.com “Two roadside bombs went off targeting the motorcade of the Colonel, Abid Twiba, the Commander of Police Station in Qayara district.”

“The explosion resulted in material damages to Twiba’s vehicle without casualties,” the source concluded.
