Najaf Airport witnesses increase in flights prior to Eid al-Adha

Najaf (IraqiNews.com) Najaf International Airport announced the increase of the number of flights coming to the province prior to Eid al-Adha.

Director of the Airport’s media office, Ali Ajeena, told IraqiNews.com, on Thursday “Over the few past days, the airport witnessed an increase in the number of the flights coming to the Najaf province due to the arrival of pilgrims from several countries to perform pilgrimage rituals in Mecca.”

“The flights reached (35) one per day,” Ajeena added.
