Success of Talabani’s mission depends on blocs’ adherence to reforms, say SLC MP

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Jabbar al-Kinani, of the State of Law Coalition confirmed “The success of the mission of the President, Jalal Talabani, to settle the political crisis depends on intention of the political blocs to launch real reforms in the country.”

In a press statement received by IraqiNews.com, he said “The success of Talabani’s mission to bring the various sides to dialogue, which will settle the crisis, is entirely dependent on conducting genuine reforms for the Iraqi State.”

Iraq witnesses political crisis lasted for several months due to the disputes among the political sides related to the partnership and other issues which led some blocs to call for withdrawing confidence from the Premier, Nouri al-Maliki, after holding meetings in Najaf and Erbil provinces.
