Delegation from Baghdad to visit Kurdistan Region next week, says Faraj
He stated to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “The delegation will arrive in Kurdistan Region in next Saturday or Sunday to discuss the pending issues among all the political blocs,” noting that “The dialogue will be based on the constitution and the concluded agreements among the blocs under the recent responses of the KA, the Iraqi National Alliance and the State of Law Coalition.”
“There is no other way to settle the disputes except the dialogue which is the best option,” he added.
“The President, Jalal Talabani, will continue his mission to create harmony among the blocs to prepare for holding the national meeting to solve the political crisis,” he concluded.
Iraq witnesses political crisis lasted for several months due to the disputes among the political sides related to the partnership and other issues which led some blocs to call for withdrawing confidence from the Premier, Nouri al-Maliki, after holding meetings in Najaf and Erbil provinces.
