First pilgrims group to arrive next week

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Government of Kurdistani Region announced the arrival of the pilgrims during the next week.

The Kurdistani Regional Government quoted the official spokesperson of the Ministry of Endowments and Religious Affairs of Kurdistan Region, Barazani Saleh, as saying in statement received by IraqiNews.com on Thursday ”The first group of the pilgrims is scheduled to arrive to Kurdistan region via Erbil International Airport in the next week ,” noting that “The Iraqi Government has coordinated with Saudi Arabia to identify and organize the return of the Iraqi pilgrims.”

The statement pointed out ”The number of the Iraqi pilgrims of Kurdistan Region are estimated about (4000) pilgrim and they are supposed to arrive within 12 day.” \
