SLC MP describes forming majority government as Final option to settle crisis

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Ali al-Shalah, of the State of Law Coalition described forming the majority government as “The final option to settle the political crisis.”

Speaking to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com), he said ” If some blocs do not attend the national meeting to make it failed as we heard from the head of the Iraqiya Slate, Ayad Allawi and the President of Kurdistan Region Masoud Barzani, the President, Jalal Talabani, will hold the national meeting where the government will move to form a majority government.”

Regarding the visit of the delegation of the Iraqi National Alliance to Kurdistan Region, he said “The delegation is not formed yet due to the holiday of Eid al-Adha and it will be formed after holding a meeting by the political committee of INA.”

“Next week will witness the meeting of the three presidencies that will result in specifying the date of holding the national meeting to settle the crisis,” he concluded.
