Maliki calls to activate Supreme Joint Committee between Iraq, Romania

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Premier, Nouri al-Maliki, called to activate the Supreme Joint Committee that supervises the mutual cooperation between Iraq and Romania.

A statement by Maliki’s office received by IraqiNews.com on Sunday cited “Maliki, while receiving the Romanian Foreign Minister, Titus Corlatean, assured the readiness of Iraq to develop the mutual relations with Romania in all fields especially the agricultural industries and the infrastructure.”

“For his part, the Romanian FM assured the readiness of his country to improve the bilateral relations where he invited Maliki to visit Romania,” the statement concluded.
