Najaf airport receives Iraqi pilgrims

Najaf (IraqiNews.com) More than (500) Iraqi pilgrims arrived in Najaf International Airport on Sunday.

The member of Najaf provincial council and the committee which supervises the airport reported to IraqiNews.com on Sunday ”Two aircrafts coming from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia landed in Najaf airport, carrying 550 Iraqi pilgrims in addition to another aircraft arrived on Sunday evening carrying 275 Iraqi pilgrims which brought the total number of Iraqi pilgrims who arrived to Najaf international airport upto 825.”

He added ”Najaf airport will receive during the next few days other aircrafts coming from Jedda and Madina airports carrying Iraqi pilgrims from Diwaniya, Karbala and other Iraqi provinces.” \
