Judicial, executive sides responsible for delay in implementing penalties against corrupted figures
She stated to IraqiNews.com “The role of the parliament is supervisory and it can not implement the penalties.”
“All the information obtained by the parliament about the corrupted figures is sent to the specialized sides like the Integrity Commission or the Supreme Judicial Council,” she added.
“The specialized Governmental sides and the judicial authorities must take the suitable measures against the corrupted sides,” she concluded.
