Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) Amir al-Khuzai, the advisor of the Premier, Nouri al-Maliki, for the Reconciliation Affairs stressed the necessity of conducting dialogue and exchanging the ideas to achieve the peace that all sides aim to because it settles all the disputes.

A statement by Khuzai’s office received by IraqiNews.com cited “Khuzai received a tribal delegation of al-Naaim tribe from Kirkuk province where he stressed the importance of preserving the identity of Kirkuk province, noting that Kirkuk province is an Iraqi province and it cannot be something else because it comprises all the constituents of the Iraqi people and it is as a microcosm of Iraq.”

The statement quoted Khuzai, as saying “The Iraqi National Alliance and most of the political blocs agree about the identity of Kirkuk,” assuring that “The sectarian sedition is made by the enemies of Iraq and brought to Iraq by the armed groups.”

“The federal government has the right to deploy the security forces in any area of Iraq and no one can object this issue because it is considered as a violation to the constitution,” the statement added.

“The delegation called to deploy the security elements of Dijla Operations Commands inside Kirkuk province and not in its borders,” the statement concluded.
