Kurdish leaders to submit to dialogue table eventually, says MP

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP Salman al-Musawi of the State of Law Coalition stressed that the Kurdish leaders will surrender and resort to the dialogue table with the Central Government after they found that the Government is unready to give up its national duty.

Musawi stated to Iraqi News “The Kurds in Kurdistan Region will find themselves forced to submit to the dialogue table with the Central Government and renegotiate once again after their withdrawal from the recent negotiations over the disputed areas.”

He added “The Central Government has ordered the Peshmerga military forces to withdraw to their original sites prior to 2003 and not to expand their deployment outside the Region’ borders.”

“The SLC has also demanded to reconsider the Region’s share of the federal budget which reaches 17% since this is considered as a transgression on the shares of the other provinces,” he concluded.
