Car bomb targets building of PUK in Diyala

Diyala (IraqiNews.com) Ten persons were killed and injured due to explosion of car bomb near one of the buildings of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan that is headed by the President, Jalal Talabani, in Jalawla district of Diyala province.

A statement by the PUK quoted security source as saying “car bomb that was parked near building related to the PUK in Jalawla district blew up.”

“The explosion resulted in killing one person and injuring 9 others among them 3 from Peshmerga forces,” the statement concluded.
