Iraqi Turkmen Front: Tensions between CG, Kurdistan RegionG behind targeting Turkmen

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Iraqi Turkmen Front assured that targeting the civilian Turkmen and the attacks against their religious places came as a result for the tensions between the Central Government and the Kurdistani Regional Government.

A statement by the Front received by IraqiNews.com cited “The citizens get fed up with the justifications after every security breach so there must be a solution for such attacks to stop the criminals who murder the innocent citizens.”

“The CG and the Kurdistan RegionG are responsible for such attacks and now it becomes necessary to indicate the political and military conflicts that resulted in changing the demography of the Turkmen’s areas in Kirkuk, Tuz Khurmatu and other places,” the statement concluded.

Kirkuk witness series of bombings led to killing and injuring 71 persons on last Sunday.
