Barzani’s visit to Kirkuk disturbs Talabani’s efforts to settle disputes, says MP

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP Ammar al-Shibli of the State of Law Coalition stressed that the visit of the President of Kurdistan Region, Masoud Barzani to Kirkuk negatively affected the efforts of the President Jalal Talabani in resolving the current political crisis.

Shibli stated to Iraqi News “At a time Talabani tries to gather all the political sides on the dialogue table and bring the different views closer where he conducted a visit to Sulaimaniya and Erbil and held meetings with Barzani to reach solutions for the recent crisis, however Barzani’ visit to Kirkuk hindered those efforts and medications.”
