Kuwaiti Emir, UAE President congratulate Talabani on New Year

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The office of the President, Jalal Talabani, stated that the Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah al-Ahmad al-Jabber al-Sabah and the President of the United Arab Emirates Sheikh, Khalifa Bin Zayid Al-Nihyan, sent a congratulatory letters to Talabani on the New Year.

The Kuwaiti Emir stated in his letter “I would like to congratulate you on the New Year 2013, wishing Almighty to make this year a year of peace on the entire Islamic nation to achieve the stability, wishing you the best health condition and the development to Iraq.”

The President of the UAE stated in his letter “I am pleased to congratulate you on the New Year asking the Almighty to make you in the best health condition and the Iraqi people in welfare and stability.”
