Urgent – Parliament starts 1st reading of law draft over limiting 3 Presidencies terms

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The parliament started conducting the first reading of a law draft aims at limiting the terms of the three Presidencies to avoid renewing the term of the Premier, Nouri al-Maliki.
