Barzani, Davutoglu discuss Kurdistan-Turkey bilateral relations

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The President of Kurdistan Region, Masoud Barzani discussed with the Turkish Minister for Foreign Affairs, Ahmed Davutoglu, the Kurdistan Region-Turkish bilateral relations as well as the political developments in Iraq and the Syrian crisis.

A statement by Kurdistan Regional Government cited that “Barzani and the accompanying delegation met during their participation in the world economic conference that was held on last Wednesday in Dafos, Switzerland, Davutoglu in presence of Advisors at the Turkish Government.”

“The two sides discussed enhancing the Kurdistani-Turkish bilateral relations especially after the recent events on the Iraqi political scene and the escalations of the Syrian crisis and its consequences in the region,” the statement concluded.
