IA soldier killed, others injured in eastern Mosul

Nineveh (IraqiNews.com) An Improvised Explosive Device went off killing a soldier and injuring three others in addition to a civilian in eastern Mosul on Monday.

Security source stated to IraqiNews.com “The IED went off targeting an Iraqi Army patrol in al-Maridh intersection in eastern Mosul.”

“The security forces blocked the explosion area and transferred the injured to the hospital for treatment and the dead to the morgue,” the source concluded.
